Named after the Highland Lakes – a marvel of civil engineering that transformed the way of life for central Texans, Highland Development & Engineering co was launched in 2019 with the vision of transforming the way we do civil engineering. Focused on providing low impact and cost-effective designs, protecting the land, and always communicating openly with our clients.
